Rules

EVIDENCE

  • With all staff-related incidences, some form of evidence is required for the team to make valid decisions and actions. Whether you record your time on the server, screenshot messages received or sent, or ask an admin to view the server’s Audit Logs; these are all valid forms of evidence.
  • Some incidences may require specific forms of evidence to which other forms cannot validate us issuing a resolve. Hearsay and unrecorded verbal evidence is invalid in most (if not all) scenarios.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • To simply put it, do not share your personal information with people you do not personally know. We want all our members to be in a safe online environment where their real-life security won't be at risk.

SUPPORT TICKETS

  • When you have witnessed a rule being broken on either Discord or the server, you are required to send this over to the ⁠👥┃support channel on discord or make a support ticket on the website. So we can further investigate into the incident.

MAIN RULES

  • Be respectful to all players and staff. Avoid creating hostile environments in text discussions.
  • No hate speech, discriminating terms, overly derogatory language. (results in a no longer commenting )
  • No public humiliation, abuse, threatening, bullying or harassment. (results in ban from our services)
  • Regarding “banter” or other joking talk, it is entirely dependant on how the discussed party interprets or is effected by the talk made about them. If they feel it is harmful, they can report it to staff in support ticket or discord if evidence is provided.
  • No pornographic, disturbing/graphic, NSFW or other “adult” content is to be shared within our server. (results in disabling comment to the user or Ban)
  • No spamming of any sort is tolerated. (results in disabling comments to the user)
  • No sharing advertisements and/or links, whether it be over our server, or through direct communication. We have a dedicated channel for sharing your own commission work and socials in discord if you wish to outreach for support, but you cannot share Discord Servers that are not affiliated with Hydro Networks on the website.
  • Spam raids are not tolerated under any circumstance. (immediate action will be taken against all involved)
